How can Dream Points help your finances?

You can use either of these Rewards Cards to make in-person or online purchases, and there’s no limit to the amount of Dream Points you can earn.

With thousands of reward options to choose from, you can use your points for almost anything you can dream up. Select from gift cards or brand-name merchandise from more than 2,000 merchants nationwide, or cash in your Dream Points for cash. It’s your choice! When you redeem your Dream Points for cash the money will be deposited directly into your checking account.

Dream Points don’t expire, which means you can take your time and select the best rewards purchase for you. It also means you can continue to accumulate points while you dream up the best way to use them. Dream points are redeemable any time after a minimum of $25 is reached.

Pool your points to earn more rewards

If you have a Platinum Rewards Visa Credit Card and Rewards Checking Debit Card, the Dream Points you earn are pooled together, allowing you to generate value faster.

By putting all your purchases on a CU SoCal Rewards Card, you will constantly earn with your purchases. That means more Dream Points over time and more rewards!

It’s important to note; most purchases earn Dream Points, however, cash advances, ATM transactions and gift card purchases do not.

There are three ways that CU SoCal Members can earn Dream Points:

1. In-person when you make signature-based or PIN-based purchases in a store.
2. Online when you pay monthly bills, purchase online subscriptions, or order from online retailers.
3. Over the phone when you order merchandise or pay bills over the phone.

How to redeem your Dream Points

To redeem your CU SoCal Dream Points, simply login to your Online Banking account and click the module that displays your current available point balance. You will be redirected to our online redemption portal where you can browse available rewards and make a selection. You may also redeem rewards by calling 800.816.3919.
