GSFA Platinum “Select” Program provides Down Payment Assistance up to 5%.

With the GSFA Platinum “Select” Program, eligible borrowers with certain occupations in public safety and education can receive Down Payment Assistance that includes a combination of a low interest rate second mortgage loan combined with a gift. The gift funds never have to be repaid.2

GSFA Platinum® Program provides Down Payment Assistance up to 5.5%.

With the GSFA Platinum Program, you could receive down payment assistance up to 5.5% of your first mortgage loan amount in Down Payment Assistance. A variety of loan types are available and can be used for purchases and refinance of a primary residence.1
