Important information about your accounts and services.

Your accounts have automatically transferred; however, some products and services will require additional set up. Important dates and information have been detailed below by product and service.

ATM and Visa Debit Cards

ATM and debit cards will be replaced with a CU SoCal Debit Card. A new CU SoCal Visa® Debit Card will be mailed to you before June 1 for use starting on June 1. Your randomly selected PIN will be mailed separately within a week of your card. You may change your PIN at any of our branches or ATMs on or after June 1 by bringing your CU SoCal Visa® Debit Card and assigned PIN.

Continue using your FedONE FCU ATM and/or Debit Card until 1 p.m. on May 31. At 1 p.m., FedONE FCU cards will be deactivated and recurring payments scheduled will no longer post.

Begin using your new CU SoCal card at 6 a.m. on June 1. Remember to provide your new card information to companies that automatically bill your card and online retailers where you’ve saved your information.

We apologize for the brief period of time you will not have card access between 1 p.m. on May 31 and 6 a.m. on June 1. Please plan accordingly.

As part of the CO-OP, STAR®, and Cirrus ATM networks, CU SoCal provides you with access to more free ATMs nationwide than the largest banks, and access to America's largest fee-free ATM network. To find an ATM, visit CUSoCal.org/ATMs.

Bill Pay

FedONE FCU Bill Pay will not be available after 10 a.m. Pacific Time on May 24. All FedONE Bill Pay users will no longer have access to any Bill Pay services and should print their bill payment history for their records. In addition, any payments scheduled May 25 through May 31 will not occur. Bill Pay payments scheduled June 1 and later will be sent as scheduled, with the exception of eBills. Starting June 1, existing and new Bill Pay users will need to enroll in CU SoCal’s free Online Banking to use Bill Pay. All current  FedONE FCU Bill Pay users’ payees will be automatically transferred to Credit Union of Southern California’s (CU SoCal) Bill Pay and will be visible by June 2. All current FedONE FCU Bill Pay users’ scheduled and recurring payments will also be automatically transferred to CU SoCal Bill Pay and be visible by June 3.
